We are a Lawn Improvement Company dedicated to servicing both Commercial and Residential customer in the Greater Arlington Area. (32211, 32277, 32225) We specialize in growing your grasses and shrubs, using green equipment and techniques focused on the health and wellbeing of your plants. -Mowing all grasses to a minimum height of 3 inches, in accordance with the St. Johns Riverkeepers recommendation on healthy sustainable landscaping. Mulching of grass clippings to provide additional organic fertilizer. -Trimming around all building, trees, shrubs, fences and other obstacles to provide a finished appearance. -Edging all hard surfaces and decorative edges to produce a clean, neat and finished appearance. -Hedging of all shrubs and small trees accessible at ground level. Removal of invasive plans and grasses affecting the appearance and overall health of the plants. -Blowing using a forced air blower to remove all grass and debris from sidewalks and ground level open areas. -Fertilizer: using a slow release water insoluble nitrogen fertilizer every 6+ weeks as needed by the turf for healthy growth and weed resistance. -Fall seeding includes winter rye grass seed to create a lush green appearance when the turf grass goes dormant to maintain green appearance and discourage weed Incursion. -Spring Dethatching for turf surfaces. Turf grasses require annual dethatching to reduce weed growth and encourage strong grass development.
