360 Inspections

We are OPEN for business and following approved guidelines for home inspecting during pandemic: inspector and 3 people only at the property at time of inspection, proper precautions including mask, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer when appropriate. All of our inspectors have completed and passed the InterNachi COVID-19 Course and adhere to InterNachi's guidelines. We are excited about the new guidelines that 3 people be present following social distancing! We encourage our clients to come to and inspection, but if you are not comfortable with that we are still offering to do a video chat or phone call after the inspection to discuss highlights of the inspection. We also welcome phone calls after you receive the report with any questions you may have. We want to be here for you during these unprecedented times and make this process as smooth as possible.
